In Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal kun je met zeven tekenfilmfiguren spelen, waaronder Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tazmanian Devil, Foghorn Leghorn, Marvin the Martian en een speciaal geheim persoange.
