Om een geweldige alcoholvrije Cava te maken begint alles in de wijngaard. Deze is voor deze Al Mercado Brut maar liefst 40 jaar oud. Hier groeien de trossen Xarello, Macabeo en Parellada. Deze druiven worden ook gebruikt voor een Cava met alcohol, dus we krijgen dezelfde smaak beleving. Na de handmatige oogst rijpt de Al Mercado Brut voor een aantal maanden in de kelders. Hier ontwikkeld hij zijn bijzondere smaak en geeft hij ons een uniek gevoel.Vol en zeer krachtig deze Al Mercado Brut 0%
Als de Alcohol is onttrokken is de fles klaar om open te gaan worden. Alleen de fles is al een must voor het oog maar daar blijft het niet bij. In het glas kleurt hij prachtig goud geel met een licht groene schittering. Geurend naar vers wit fruit met daarbij verse amandelen en tonen van gebak. In de smaak is deze alcoholvrije cava uniek, vol op de tong met zachte belletjes. Mooie verfijning met nuances van citrus, appel en limoen. Nice basic watch

My father-in-law does not like new technology so when I saw this wat I knew he'd love it. It is your basic watch, works well and it's waterproof so very helpful as he fishes a lot! The overall appearance of the watch is really elegant; the watch itself is thinner than most which gives it a really nice look and I was really surprised at how good the quality is on it. It comes with the little tool to tack links out so you can adjust the fit and I feel like it looks nicer than his more expensive watches. So far, it's kept time well and he's been extremely happy with it!
