Gebruik
Volwassenen en kinderen vanaf 12 jaar: 3 x daags 20 druppels puur of verdund met een beetje water, zo lang mogelijk in de mond houden en vervolgens doorslikken; circa 15 minuten voor de maaltijd.De dosering kan echter naar behoefte verhoogd worden tot een maximum van ongeveer 10x daags 10 druppels.Kinderen van 3 tot 12 jaar: 3x daags evenveel druppels als de leeftijd.

These are perfect for every-day wear and i find them super comfortable. Mine are starting to tear and fall apart, which is more quickly than my other underwear, but I think its worth it for the price and comfortableness. I'll just replace them or repair them :)
