Te koop is een mooie grote antieke Duitse wereldkaart met een dubbele hemisfeer projectie. Deze informatieve kaart laat de grenzen van de verschillende oceanen zien (de grenzen zijn gekleurd) en laat ook zien in welke oceaan neerslag op het land uiteindelijk uitmondt. Linksonder staat het halfrond met het grootste wateroppervlak, rechtsonder het halfrond met de grootste landmassa. Daartussen een projectie van het aardoppervlak met als centrum de noordpool. Het ontwerpjaartal 1879 staat in de titel. De kaart is gedrukt in 1880, dit staat ook gedrukt onder de kaart. 

Afmetingen: 39 x 47 cm

Conditie: goed / zeer goed. Piepklein scheurtje onderaan de middenvouw. Gedrukt op zwaar papier.

Afkomst: Stieler's Hand-Atlas - Uitgave 1880

I had used the original Xylimelts a few years back for my night time very dry mouth. They worked very well, completely dissolving overnight, but they caused sores inside my cheeks. Recently I discovered this new version which was purported to be made without the offending ingredients. They don't work quite as well, as they don't completely dissolve, but so far haven't caused any irritation. My mouth isn't completely parched as it was without any product, so it is definitely better than nothing. There is a gel-like residue in the morning that needs to be scraped off the teeth. I think Oracoat has some more R & D to do.

This works really well to wet the mouth if you have an autoimmune condition. It lasts all night if you use two, one on each side. They attach securely to the gums. Doesn’t feel bulky in the mouth. Nice and smooth against the cheek. I get the mild mint flavor which tastes good. It is flavored with xylitol which the dentist says will not rot my teeth like sugar would so I use it every day. The fact that it is sugar free really helps. I used to get the boxes that have each lozenge in a blister pack. But I’d often buy 6 boxes and then only get 2. But this has the same amount in a bottle, and they stay in good condition. Turns out the blister pack is not necessary. And this way it is all in one so no more delivery issues! Highly recommend.
