This works fine, but not as well as other time release melatonins. Recommend you do a time release with a higher level of melatonin. Round shape is more difficult to swallow

This well-researched book traces the history of Ethiopia up to the Italian invasion. It is a well-written book that the reader will find various good historical information. Ethiopia is an incredible country with great history. The Italian invasion also is a significant historical event.

italian invasion of ethiopia
Format: Kindle
This book was fascinating. I had never heard about this invasion before and it was interesting to learn about this part of African history. As always, these books by Captivating History are enlightening and enjoyable.
