Il Castel del Monte Rosso DOC "Trentangeli" di Bocca di Lupo è un rosso la cui vinificazione avviene in vasche dacciaio e la cui maturazione prosegue in barrique di rovere francese per circa 10 mesi. Un successivo affinamento in bottiglia non inferiore a 9 mesi porta ad un rosso potente e definito, capace di raccontare tutta la bellezza della zona di Castel del Monte in un mix unico tra energia ed eleganza.
