Samenstelling
Samenstelling per dagdosering (6 gram):
Magnesium ascorbaat 6.000 mg
waarvan vitamine C 4.800 mg (6.000% RI*)
en magnesium 353 mg (94% RI*)
*RI = Referentie Inname
Ingrediënten
Vitamine C, magnesium ascorbaat.
Gebruik
1-3 maal daags 1-2 gram (=circa 3/4 - 1 1/4 doseerlepeltje (gewijzigd*)) oplossen in water of vruchtensap en direct bij een maaltijd opdrinken, tenzij anders geadviseerd.
Hoge doseringen magnesium kunnen een laxerend effect hebben.
*Aangepaste dosering: vanwege aanpassingen in het productieproces is het volume an de grondstof toegenomen, de hoeveelheid vitamine C per gram is hetzelfde gebleven.

Sturdy, great value, very utilitarian

Exactly what I wanted. Exact quality thickness and sturdiness. Only small downside is they're coated in a wax like substance and stick together so you have to pry them apart and if you microwave something, it tends to meld together and also stick into the bowl. But I still love them especially the price.
