Algen werken sterk ontgiftend en zijn net als klei goed te gebruiken bij o.a. spierklachten, huidproblemen en pijnen. Een recept bij rugpijn: algenpoeder mengen met warm water tot een dikke pap
en dan enkele druppels lavendel en geranium toevoegen. Verdeel deze pap over de pijnlijke rug en dek deze af met plastic folie, een handdoek, een kruik en tot slot een warme deken. Laat deze pakking
een half uur zitten. Masseer de rug hierna met een massageolie gemengd met lavendel en geranium.

Koel en donker bewaren
Na opening 6 maanden houdbaar
