Wilde duivenfilet - delicatesse voor fijnproevers

Duif staat in de Michelingids vaker op de kaart dan op de eettafel thuis. Dat is jammer, want het is een ongelooflijk smaakvol product. De filet is klein maar intensief - een beetje gaat ver. Onze wilde duivenfilet is gecertificeerd van de Nederlandse jacht, seizoensgebonden beschikbaar.

Wilde duivenfilet bereiden - rosé is essentieel

Duif is op zijn best rosé - doorgegaard wordt het taai en de smaak gaat verloren. Bak op hoog vuur in bruine boter 1,5-2 minuten per kant. Laat 3 minuten rusten. Serveer op een spiegeltje van rode wijnsaus, met wilde paddenstoelen en een crème van pastinaak. Kleine portie per persoon is genoeg als deel van een menu.

Bewaren

Vers maximaal 2 dagen in de koelkast. Invriezen kan tot 6 maanden bij -18 graden.

This computer is an upgrade from my 2017 MacBook Pro and a 2020 iMac. Both of those old Macs are still functional. I've been using Macs since the Apple IIC and II GS. Over 35 years ago. The keyboard is one of the best I've used. I loved the 2017 MBP keyboard because if had a great feel. Others since then were not comfortable until this keyboard on the MB Air. Booting up is fast. For me the battery will last for four days before recharging. I really like the Mag Safe charger. Easy on and easy off especially if you happen to forget you're charging and pull the computer away from the connection. Connection just drops off. The touchpad is not as sensitive as others. If I accidentally rest my finger or fingers on the pad it doesn't execute an unwanted command. You have to use a little pressure to execute the task. No problems while typing and having the touchpad sending you off into space somewhere. A great Mac upgrade.
