De INKU collectie is voor Serax ontwikkeld door topkok Sergio Herman. Geïnspireerd door Japan zijn de Sergio Herman designs minimalistisch maar toch stijlvol. In het lemmet van het mes zijn duidelijk de lagen van het staal te zien, dit zorgt voor een professioneel uiterlijk. Het heft is gemaakt van kersenhout, wrijf het af en toe in met wat plantaardige olie om het in goede conditie te houden.

Reinig het Serax INKU by Sergio Herman koksmes met warm water en afwasmiddel. Door het mes regelmatig aan te zetten op een aanzetstaal zal het haar scherpte langer behouden
