👅 De wijn is goed in balans, geconcentreerd en heeft een mooie structuur. Lange aromatische afdronk van rijp fruit met een minerale toets.
WIJN en GERECHT:
🍽 Heerlijk bij foie gras, pasteien en terrines. De wijn komt uitstekend tot zijn recht bij verse geitenkaasjes en blauwgeaderde kazen. Het fruitige karakter van de wijn maakt hem een prima begeleider van vlees- of visgerechten bereid met fruit. Ook lekker bij calamares en schaaldieren.
