Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) zijn middellange verzadigde vetten die o.a. in kokosolie voorkomen. Het lichaam gebruikt deze vetten als energiebron. Bekende voorbeelden zijn C8 (caprylzuur) en C10 (caprinezuur).

4 stars only because this has not cleared up my 1 year olds eczema in days like the ads say. It IS a great product though.
