Holiston heeft een geanalyseerd zeer hoog polyfenolgehalte en voldoet ruim aan de officiële EU-gezondheidsclaim voor olijfoliepolyfenolen. De olie is ongefilterd, maar na rust in tanks helder afgetapt, en wordt jaarlijks onafhankelijk getest op residuen van bestrijdingsmiddelen. Holiston won Gold Award bij de Dubai Olive Oil Competition 2026 en werd EVOO of the Year 2024 in de World Ranking Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
