In 1962 werd Azienda Agricola Canalicchio di Sopra opgericht door Primo Pacenti. Het domein bevindt zich in het noordelijk gedeelte van de gemeente Montalcino. Canalicchio bezit 60 ha grond, waarvan 15 ha met wijngaarden is aangeplant en 2 ha met olijven. Reeds 3 generaties wordt er met veel passie en kunde wijn geproduceerd en gebruikt men de meest nieuwe technologieën met respect voor oude tradities en de natuur. De wijnstokken staan aangeplant in twee verschillende zones in Montalcino, te weten: Canalicchio di Sopra en Le Gode di Montosoli. De verschillen in ligging en bodem zorgen voor verschillende types Sangiovese, die in de kelders zorgvuldig samen versmolten worden tot een prachtig resultaat. De wijngaarden bevinden zich op een hoogte van 283 tot 290 meter boven het zeeniveau. De oogst geschiedt volledig manueel. Schilinweking gedurende 15-20 dagen. Alcoholische fermentatie in roestvrijstalen vaten onder gecontroleerde temperaturen. De wijn rust nog 36 maanden in vaten van Slavonisch eiken van 25 hl, waarna de wijn nog 1 jaar op fles rijpt. In de neus zwarte kersen, tabak en balsamico. Een mooi geconcentreerde en complexe wijn met soepele tannines en goede zuren. Deze Brunello past goed bij rood vlees en wild, gerijpte kazen.

OMG. This is the best skin care product I have ever used. I'm 61 years old and my skin was showing sun damage, dark circles, real wrinkles around my eyes, lips, and forehead. Basically, I was looking every bit of my 61 years. About 30 days ago I started using this organic beef tallow with raw honey moisturizer in conjunction with a product to clear the pores on my nose. My makeup looks good ALL day. My wrinkles are less noticeable and, I think, reduced in depth. My under eyes look so good. No more concealer under my foundation. In fact, I can go out and about with no makeup now! This product glides on easily, no dragging or pulling. It never feels greasy. And it only takes about a marble sized amount for my full face, neck, and decolletage. I use it morning and at night. So far, the little jar is still 3/4 full. Amazing product. I will be buying more for sure. Oh, one more thing. About 2.5 years ago, I had to have a mass removed from the left side of my neck. The scar was very noticeable. This cream is even improving that! Try it. See if I'm wrong!
