Onderhoudstip :

Hoewel de messen vaatwasmachine bestendig zijn is het voor ons als  liefhebber van luxe keukenmessen not done om de messen te reinigen in de afwasmachine. Een reiniging onder een warme kraan en daarna droogwrijven met een schone katoenen doek volstaat. Het onderhouden van het lemmet met een aanzetstaal of rolslijper is aan te bevelen.
