E un vino di buon corpo e sostenuto da una piacevole acidità.Il Crémant dAlsace Brut Rosé di Fernand Engel è prodotto da sole uve pinot noir, praticamente lunico vitigno a bacca rossa coltivato in Alsazia, terra decisamente vocata ai bianchi. Le vigne si trovano a Rorschwihr ai piedi del Grasberg, nella zona delle colline dei Vosgi, su terreni scuri, caratterizzati dalla presenza di suoli calcarei del quaternario. La conduzione dei vigneti avviene secondo il metodo di agricoltura biologica certificata da ECOCERT - FR-BIO-01. E uno spumante metodo classico molto interessante per gli abbinamenti a tavola. Grazie alla struttura del pinot noir e ai suoi aromi freschi di frutta rossa, si sposa con molti piatti.
E uno spumante rosé realizzato da pinot nero in purezza. Può essere un piacevole aperitivo, ma grazie alla sua struttura, accompagna bene gli antipasti, soprattutto soufflé al formaggio o piatti di salumi misti. Da provare anche con cous cous di pesce, guazzetti e con la cucina asiatica.

Gorgeous book
Format: Board book
This is one of our favorite books. The illustrations are stunning. It's a total work of art! And the story about changing seasons is lovely. I like that it's a quick read but that there's more than a word or two per page. My 13-month old really loves this book, and because I love it so much too, I always encourage her to bring it over for a read!

beautiful illustrations
Format: Board book
The story is nice, but the real magic is in the illustrations. As a parent, I adore reading this book just for the illustrations; each page is a work of art. Most of the story is about winter, so we are reading it a great deal now (December) to discuss wildlife and how they prepare for winter.

Another classic by Il Sung Na
Format: Board book
Il Sung Na is one of my favorite children's book authors/illustrators. The illustrations are whimsical and fun, the text is simple and colorful. This book is very similar in concept to his Book of Sleep as it chronicles a rabbit looking on as various animals respond to the changing seasons. My daughter loves this book, as well as the Book of Sleep and Opposite Zoo.
