Schenk hem in en je snuift meteen de rijke geuren op van zoethout en rijke wilde bessen. Geen poespas, gewoon puur wijnplezier. Wat ‘Lu Kont’ zo bijzonder maakt, is zijn volle smaak en stevige structuur. Dat komt door de manier waarop hij gemaakt is: na de vergisting rijpt hij 12 maanden in eikenhouten vaten en daarna nog eens 12 maanden in betonnen tanks. Een jaar lang de tijd om mooi op smaak te komen, gevolgd door een rustperiode op fles.
