Audio capture is also solid, and the open-ear speakers work well for calls and quick media playback. Battery life has been noticeably improved compared to earlier smart glasses, and they’ve been reliable during regular use. Pairing and app integration were straightforward, and once set up, everything just works in the background. My only real disappointment is that there’s no integrated screen or display. For a device that can see what you see and has AI capabilities, having some kind of built-in visual feedback would have made the experience even more powerful. That said, as a recording device and AI-assisted wearable, these are genuinely impressive. If you want discreet, hands-free video capture in a stylish form factor, the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer is a very unique and well-executed smart device.
