We are in love with amber bracelets

They not only look incredibly sweet and complete your mini's outfit, but they also provide pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects, for example, during teething. It also helps reduce drooling. This is due to the succinic acid released when the amber comes into contact with warm skin.

Our amber jewelry is shipped in a personalized cotton bag.

Did you know that..
Amber necklaces and bracelets are readily available in some countries (like Germany) at drugstores and pharmacies? The special effects of amber are well-known there.

· 100% natural and authentic Baltic amber.
Our amber bracelets are handmade in Lithuania. The necklaces are designed to break safely under too much pressure. Additionally, each bead is individually knotted, which prevents beads from coming loose during a break, which your child could swallow.

What is amber?
Baltic amber is fossilized resin from conifers in the Scandinavian region, approximately 44 million years old. At that time, a relatively mild climate prevailed, and the coniferous forest extended far into the Scandinavian region with trees up to 40 meters high. Amber, contrary to what its name suggests, is petrified resin and not stone. Amber feels very pleasant on the skin; it is light and not cold.

Which size should I choose?
Our amber bracelets can be worn as either a bracelet or an ankle bracelet, entirely to your preference. On average, the baby bracelet (14 cm) fits up to 3 years, but every child is built differently. It's best to measure it. You can do this by cutting a string to different lengths and trying them on. The children's bracelet can be worn for a long time; both small and older children can wear it. This size of bracelet is even ideal for adults with thin wrists.

Safety
General safety instructions: "Children under three years of age should not wear jewelry unsupervised by adults. Because it contains small parts." This also applies to wearing our amber necklaces.

Please note!
Amber is a natural product; every bead is unique in shape, size, and color.
Therefore, no two bracelets are exactly alike, and the items may differ slightly from the displayed photo.

Tip!
If you're not comfortable with your child putting the bracelet in their mouth or fiddling with it? Then wear the bracelet as an anklet with a sock over it, so your child has less easy access to it.

Activist history
Format: Hardcover
Anderson quite thoroughly explodes the myth of the rampant voter fraud claims that fuel the actual problem of rampant voter disenfranchisement, particularly aimed at non-whites. And, by extension, Anderson explodes the myth of the United States being a free and open democracy and shows us how much we still have to do to live up to the national image some of us like to think we put out to the world. From the illegal purging of voter registrations, to gerrymandering, to voter intimidation, Anderson offers up the facts of the racist policies that look to keep elections in the hands of white patriarchy and suppress its opponents. While Anderson sometimes resorts to some typical metaphors in her rhetoric (false comparisons to Stalin, for example, or Orwell name drops) that could too easily be cherry-picked by dull-minded opponents looking to poke holes in an otherwise fine case of what should be enraging us into action.

You will never look at voting the same again.
Format: Kindle
A well written, easy to understand, and eye opening book which details the problems with our current political system and the efforts to control the vote in order to keep the power and the money in the hands of the few. Well worth reading and will shift your view of voting and the difficulties many of our citizens face.

A must-read for every American
Format: Hardcover
This book is a must-read for every American. It starts as a historical lesson about voting rights and how they have evolved and devolved over the years and ends with a very detailed real time discussion of current voter suppression, gerrymandering, and election fraud. The greatest lesson I learned from it is that our voting experiences are absolutely determined by our zip codes. It is extremely relevant to what is happening today and in our very recent past. This book should be required reading in every high school and college American History, Civics and Government class un America.

excellent
Format: Paperback
Detailed look at the many voter suppression efforts that target communities of color and the poor. The rationale is partisan and simple: a majority of the country doesn't agree with Republican politics. In order to stay in power, the GOP is using seemingly neutral laws that in reality disenfranchise many voters, particularly African Americans. The GOP has manufactured solutions in search of a problem, all in an effort to stop non-white people from voting. It's incredibly pernicious but Carol Anderson has written an excellent book pulling back the curtain on voter suppression.
