De fijnste en hele bladeren worden ontsteeld en langzaam vermalen tot een fijn heldergroen theepoeder. Het in de schaduw gekweekte proces geeft matcha zijn levendige groene kleur en uniek smaakprofiel.

Gebruik
Klop 1-2 eetlepels Matcha poeder op met water van 60-70°C tot een schuimige groene vloeistof. Nooit langer dan 30 seconden opkloppen zodat de thee niet bitter wordt. Of meng 1-2 eetlepels Matcha Poedermet vruchtensap smoothie. Bevat cafeïne, niet geschikt voor kinderen en zwangere vrouwen. Dit product is geen vervanging van een gevarieerde voeding.
