Si distinguono profumi di pesca noce, pera, tocchi di zenzero, su uno sfondo minerale; al palato è estremamente piacevole, scorrevole, con una spiccata salinità che persiste nel finale.Realizzato dalla cantina siciliana Baglio di Pianetto, il Catarratto in Purezza è ottenuto esclusivamente da uve provenienti da vigne poste a circa 750 metri sul livello del mare. Tale altitudine, insieme alla composizione specifica del suolo, un mix equilibrato di argilla, limo e sabbia, contribuisce all'intensità e alla complessità sensoriale di questo vino. Il profilo decisamente minerale lo rende bevibile e appagante, oltre che rappresentazione eccellente delle potenzialità del vitigno e del territorio.
