Vinificatie / Rijping
● Oogst vindt plaats eind september voor optimale rijpheid.
● Fermentatie en rijping gebeuren volledig in inox tanks.
● Eerste jaargang van deze wijn is 2013.
● De wijngaarden liggen op 250 m hoogte in Loreto Aprutino.
● Opbrengst bedraagt 90 q/ha.
● Opleiding van de wijnstokken via pergola abruzzese en single Guyot methoden.
