Ingredienten
Rijstebloem, capsulewand: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, antiklontermiddel: siliciumdioxide, vitaminen.
Gebruik
1 maal daags 1 vegicap, tenzij anders voorgeschreven door arts of therapeut. Bij voorkeur tijdens het eten innemen.Dit product bevat meer dan 20 mcg vitamine D en is derhalve niet geschikt voor kinderen tot en met 10 jaar.Bevat vitamine K2. Gebruik in combinatie met coumarinederivaten alleen in overleg met een (orthomoleculair) arts.

Great for getting a good night's sleep
After a stressful day (aren't they all) I often have trouble getting to sleep. I keep these on my nightstand and take one before bed. I find it allows me to fall asleep easily and stay asleep all night. There is no problem with being groggy in the morning like other sleep aids. Ashwaganda is an adaptogen and is supposed to be helpful for other things too. Been using these for months!
