Een elegante rosé bubbel met diepgang, finesse en Bourgondische allure.

De Roséa Nectaris 2016 van Derbusco Cives is een verfijnde rosé Franciacorta, gemaakt van 100% Pinot Nero. Deze druif geeft de wijn zijn prachtige zalmroze kleur en zijn karakteristieke structuur. De wijn is afkomstig uit het hart van Franciacorta, hét gebied voor hoogwaardige Italiaanse mousserende wijnen, ook wel de “Champagne van Italië” genoemd.

Na een zachte persing ondergaat de wijn een tweede gisting op fles volgens de Metodo Classico. Vervolgens rijpt hij minimaal 54 maanden op de gistresten, wat zorgt voor een uitzonderlijke complexiteit, romigheid en elegantie.

In het glas schittert hij zalmroze met koperachtige reflecties. De neus is verfijnd en expressief, met aroma’s van rijpe aardbeien, rozenblaadjes, brioche, sinaasappelschil en een vleugje amandel. In de mond is hij droog, romig en gestructureerd, met een fijne mousse, levendige zuren en een lange, minerale afdronk.

Een wijn die zowel de liefhebber van vintage Champagne als de ontdekker van Italiaanse topbubbels zal bekoren.

Food pairing
