Il gusto è gradevole, con sfumature minerali, di liquirizia e finale di rosa. In bocca è piacevole, equilibrato, con tannini maturi e buona freschezza.Il Coste della Sesia Nebbiolo DOC di Travaglini, rappresenta la versione più giovane e meno strutturata dei vini dellAzienda. Dopo la vendemmia, le uve vengono avviate alla fermentazione in serbatoi di acciaio inox per 12-14 giorni a temperatura controllata. Il vino matura poi 4 mesi in acciaio e 10 mesi in botti di rovere di Slavonia. Completa laffinamento con alcuni mesi in bottiglia prima della commercializzazione.
Accompagna molto bene piatti di pasta saporiti e piatti a base di carni bianche e rosse arrosto.
