Gebruik
1-2 capsules drie keer daags bij de maaltijd innemen, tenzij anders geadviseerd.De dosering is afhankelijk van de intensiteit van het dieet en het bewegingsprogramma.Bij voorkeur tijdens/na de maaltijd in z"n geheel innemen.Groene thee:Maximale dosis ECGC is 800 mg per dag. The length is perfect. Nice and long.

These tanks are the perfect length. I love how they fit and feel. I bought these in 5 colors. Although, if you want to keep them long, I suggest hanging them to dry. Putting them in the dryer shrinks the length about 2 inches.
