De Sauvignon Blanc-druiven zijn afkomstig van verschillende wijngaarden met koel klimaat in de West-Kaap, waaronder Helderberg, Elgin en Cape Agulhas. De wijngaarden zijn aangeplant tussen 2000 en 2006. Wortelstokken en klonen variëren afhankelijk van het terroir, maar alle wijngaarden zijn geplant met een 5-draads systeem, wat betekent dat de druiven perfect balanceren tussen schaduw en zonneschijn. De druiven van de verschillende wijngaarden worden met de hand geoogst, naar de kelder gebracht en apart geladen, elk met een optimale rijpheid. In de wijnkelder wordt het sap reductief behandeld om de delicate Sauvignon Blanc-karakters, die gevoelig zijn voor zuurstof, te beschermen. Alleen sap uit vrije loop wordt geklaard en gefermenteerd met speciaal geselecteerde giststammen bij 14 graden. De wijn brengt na de fermentatie twee maanden op de fijne droesem door, voordat hij wordt gemengd, fijngemaakt en gefilterd voor botteling. Tijdens het hele wijnbereidingsproces is speciale zorg besteed om ervoor te zorgen dat de maximale aroma's behouden blijven.Hoe smaakt de Fleur du Cap Essence Sauvignon Blanc?
De Fleur du Cap Sauvignon Blanc uit de Essence du Cap serie is heldergroen in het glas. De wijn ruikt heel intens naar verschillende soorten steenfruit. Deze complexiteit en complexiteit wordt ondersteund door talloze smaken zoals grapefruit, limoen, passievrucht, perzik, guave, vers gemaaid gras en kruisbessen. I think this is one of the best products I’ve bought on Amazon in recent years. I recommend it 100%; the fabric has a soft, comfortable texture, unlike other Oxford fabrics, which tend to be thicker and stiffer. It is easy—very easy—to iron, and the sizing is spot-on; I wear a size L, and it fit me perfectly. I will definitely be buying this shirt in black and navy blue.

Clean, comfortable staple for casual business wear

Every wardrobe needs a sharp black button-down, and this JEMLDL Oxford shirt hits the nail on the head for versatile styling. The fabric has a nice, substantial weight to it—it's classic oxford cotton that feels durable but remains soft against the skin.
The fit is tailored nicely without being a restrictive slim-fit, and the integrated back pleat gives your shoulders plenty of room to move without the shirt pulling untucked. It features a traditional chest pocket and a crisp button-down collar that holds its shape under a blazer or worn casually open over a white tee. It washes up great and doesn't shrink up into a mini-shirt after a cycle in the dryer.
