In bocca è corposo e avvolgente, con tannini decisi ma ben integrati e una freschezza che sorprende. Finale lungo e persistente.È l’espressione più alta di un territorio - quello dell’Alto Adige - che enologicamente parlando regala sempre enormi soddisfazioni. Il Lagrein targato Kaltern è un rosso che riposa parte in vasche di acciaio e parte in botti di legno e barrique, per arrivare a regalare un sorso di assoluto livello. È un Lagrein più che eccellente, perfetto da scegliere quando la tavola accoglie le seconde portate a base di carne. È un Lagrein che si lascerà apprezzare in tutto e per tutto.

Great resource!

This dermatology resource is great. Created by some of the authors that wrote very good dermatology books. This deck is very colorful and has a lot of explanations. It shows different stages of the various skin conditions. It also gives detailed things to look for and treatment recommendations on the back of each card. Only negative is that the pages are a bit thin. Overall great resource!

Incredible reference tool

I love it & my preceptor thinks it’s amazing too! However, she did bring to my attention the poor representation of African Americans & how they’re under represented in derm as a whole !!! Maybe the updated versions will be more inclusive !!!!
