Ingrediënten
Yerba mate extract, groene thee extract, vulmiddel (MCC), anti-klontermiddelen (magnesiumstearaat, silicium dioxide), HPMC vegacapsule.
Gebruik
2 capsules tijdens het ontbijt en 2 capsules tijdens de lunch innemen.
Neem de capsules niet kort voor het slapen gaan in, dit kan het inslapen bemoeilijken.
Groene thee:
Maximale dosis ECGC is 800 mg per dag.
Niet consumeren op een nuchtere maag of in combinatie met andere groene thee producten

If you need something warm

Not cooling at all. Very warm 365 days a year (I live in AZ) Use it as an extra layer of fluff on my bed rather then an actual blanket as its to warm for me. Very soft though. Washes well and holds its color. Priced well. Lightweight. Have had for sometime and isnt falling apart.
