Deze Olympische Swiss Bar biedt dankzij de unieke vorm de mogelijkheid om bijna het gehele lichaam te trainen. De bar is gemaakt van staal en belastbaar tot 150 kg. De stang is van professionele kwaliteit en daardoor ook geschikt voor het zwaardere werk. Verder heeft de stang een diameter van 50/51 mm waardoor deze ideaal is voor echte Olympische Halterschijven en Bumper Plates. 



 



Deze Swiss Bar is speciaal ontworpen voor powerlifters, maar is ook zeer geschikt voor andere sporters. De stang biedt meer grip en mede daardoor de mogelijkheid om explosieve kracht te ontwikkelen. Doordat de stang ideaal te gebruiken is in combinatie met losse halterschijven kun je gemakkelijk stap voor stap groeien. Door stap voor stap je training op te bouwen verklein je de kans op blessures en is de kans minder groot dat je snel op je trainingsplafond stuit. 



 



Deze stang heeft 3 verschillende grip mogelijkheden, waaronder de neutrale grip (handpalmen naar elkaar toe), waardoor de schouders minder belast worden. Deze grip zorgt er ook voor dat de stang uitermate geschikt is voor curl oefeningen waarmee je de biceps en triceps goed kunt isoleren. 



 



De grote voordelen van deze speciaal ontworpen stang zijn met name de grip variatie mogelijkheden, betere grip en het dichter bij elkaar brengen van de ellebogen (neutrale grip) waardoor de schouders minder belast worden.

Great for side sleepers
It always seems hard to find the perfect pillow when you’re a side-sleeper. This one is great. It comes compressed so you will want to allow some time for it to fully fluff back up. The cover is soft and smooth. I love that it isn’t overstuffed. It provides gentle support and a lot of comfort. I was worried it may be too warm since it is polyester, but it is very breathable and I have not had any issues with feeling overly warm on it. It fits a standard size pillow case. It’s not overly stuffed like some other pillows I’ve tried that were specifically for side-sleepers. I think this world be a great pillow for any sleeping position, really. I wasn’t expecting to love a pillow this affordable, but it gets the job done and I get a good night of sleep. I’ll be purchasing some more for our guest room.

Incredibly Comfortable and Supportive — My New Favorite Pillow！
I wasn’t expecting to love this pillow as much as I do, but the DIORIS large sleeping pillow really exceeded my expectations. From the first night, I noticed a difference in the way my neck and shoulders felt in the morning—less tension, better alignment, and overall more restful sleep. The fill is just the right balance between plush and supportive. It doesn’t flatten out during the night, which is a problem I’ve had with other pillows, especially those that come overstuffed or too soft. This one holds its shape well but still has that cozy, cloud-like feel when you lay your head on it. I’m a side and back sleeper, and this pillow works beautifully in both positions. It’s also large enough that I don’t feel like I’m falling off it during the night, but not so big that it takes over the whole bed. Very soft, not firm at all
This pillow is very floppy and not firm at all. It is quite large and I was surprised at the size. My dog has taken a liking to it and decided it's now her new dig bed, which is fine by me, because it's really too soft for my liking. If you like soft pillows then this is for you. If you require something with a bit more support then you won't enjoy this pillow.
