Gebruik
1 uur vóór het slapengaan 1 tot 2 capsules en net vóór het slapengaan 1 tot 2 capsules innemen of op medisch advies

Voorzorgsmaatregelen : Geen langdurig gebruik zonder medisch advies Droog en in het donker bewaren Ideale bewaartemperatuur : 15 - 25°C Interacties en contra-indicaties : Tekenen van slaperigheid of sufheid kunnen zich voordoen en de waakzaamheid in de auto kan verminderen. Misselijkheid, maagpijn of verlies van eetlust kunnen optreden. Uitsluitend onder medische begeleiding bij zwangerschap, borstvoeding of inname van antidepressiva, stoffen zoals 5-HTP of geneesmiddelen zoals Prozac of bij overschrijden van de ADH.
