De wijn ondergaat een 2e gisting op vat om de wijn wat zachter en ronder te maken, gevolgd door een lagering op barriques van 7 maanden. Barriques zijn kleinere vaten van 225 liter.
Verhaal achter het etiket: Het etiket draagt een afbeelding van een lokale vogel uit de regio Alba. De vogeltjes op het etiket komen allemaal uit deze regio en zijn geschilderd en ontworpen door een bevriend kunstenaar van de familie Abbona. 'Casaret' is de naam van de wijngaard. -
Rode wijn - Rijp, kruidig en intens. Soepele wijn met veel sappigheid en weinig tannine. Drink de wijn bij voorkeur iets koeler dan gebruikelijk. Fris aroma van rood fruit en lichte aardse ondertoon. Barbera op zijn best, fruitig, rond van smaak, soepel en delicaat.
- Onze sommeliers adviseren: Goed te combineren met stevige vis met rode wijnsauzen en gebraden of gekonfijt rood gevogelte met romige saus en rood fruit. Ook met langzaam gegaarde vlees en stoofgerechten met frisse kruiden of gegrild en gebakken roodvlees met romige saus en gerechten met kruidige tonen. Gegrild of gebakken Iberisch varkensvlees, lamsrug, haas, zadel en bout met rijke saus en harde en oude kazen met compôte gaan ook goed samen met deze wijn.

I bought these pillows, and honestly, I really liked them. They have a medium firmness that helps significantly with neck pain, yet they remain soft and fluffy without going flat during the night. They hold their shape well and have good loft, so you don't have to keep adjusting them constantly. They don't have any unpleasant odor right out of the package, nor do they slide around much inside the pillowcase something I really appreciate. Overall, they feel comfortable and are of good quality for sleeping in any position.
