De ProT64 is een uitstekende molen voor de thuisbarista die flink wat koppen koffie zet op een dag. De retentie bij deze molen is namelijk naar verhouding best hoog, maar daar merk je niets van als je 4 of meer koppen per dag maalt.

En dat doe je dan met 64mm maalschijven die een uitstekende geometrie hebben die de focus leggen op een lekkere body met nog genoeg details om ook de complexere licht gebrande koffies mooi te kunnen zetten!

Hoe haal ik het meeste uit de Profitec T64?

Ten eerste, een goede koffieboon is de sleutel. En daarnaast is het fijn om een recept te volgen. Voor beginners raden wij aan om met 16 gram maalsel te beginnen. Er mag dan zo'n 32 tot 40 gram aan koffie uit gezet worden, naar smaak uiteraard!

Als tweede is het ook slim om je te verdiepen in de theorie van espresso. Lees onze blogpost óf kom voor persoonlijk advies naar onze Barista Workshop!

Om zo lang mogelijk te genieten van je molen raden we aan om deze met enige regelmaat schoon te maken. Je kunt de molen open schroeven en alles met een borstel en stofzuiger schoonmaken, of gebruik een schoonmaakmiddel voor koffiemolens.
