Je moet luisteren naar de verzoeken van je renners (deelname aan koersen, persoonlijke doelen, enz.) en het met ze eens zijn of hun verzoek weigeren. Jij bent de manager. Alleen jij kunt beslissingen nemen die de balans in het team behouden, en op cruciale momenten je renners motiveren terwijl je het best mogelijke resultaat voor je team probeert te behalen. Naast de 21 officiële etappes van de Tour de France 2020 en een verbeterde AI die agressiever en avontuurlijker is, kun je nu ook spelen in carrière-modus:
- Beheer de moraal van je renners: ze zullen dingen aanvragen (deelname aan koersen, rekrutering van renners, enz.). Jouw beslissingen zullen effect hebben op hun moraal en prestaties. Ook de transferperiode is cruciaal om de balans in je team te behouden.
- Motivatie tijdens koersen: in iedere koers is de motivatie van je renner verbonden aan de moraal en belangrijke gebeurtenissen, zoals het dragen van een trui, winst bij de vorige etappe, enz. Een volledig gemotiveerde renner kan op essentiële momenten in de koers uitblinken, zoals bij een versnellend peloton en voorbereiding op de eindsprint.
- Een nieuwe assistent die je helpt bij het plannen van je koersen.
- Een herontworpen dashboard.

Not for Costco size rolls
I was hoping to organize both Press and Seal and Parchment Paper in this bamboo cutter. Sadly, the width of the holes are too small to fit the 'Costco size' rolls of parchment aren't wide enough.

Great storage idea
I was sick of having all my bags and wrap boxes getting stick in my drawer. This worked perfect. The sliding cutters work well. Labels included. Easy to use and good quality.

It does crack, but it’s sturdy. Weird…
We receive the product about a week ago. It was installed on the wall today. We just noticed there is a crack on it. Upon pushing the two sides together, the sides did not budge. It’s sturdy, but has a crack. Look, it’s not a big deal to me. The crack is the reason I rated this product a four star. The crack is part of the character of the product.
The plastic piece, that holds the blade, moves a lot. I have to make an effort to hold the wax paper firmly on the top corner. Again, not an issue since the alternative typically causes me to have an uneven cut. At least this cuts straight across with no issues.
That said, we knew going into it that this product may not fit in our drawers. The wood part is perfect, fits great. But, the blades (the black plastic sliding part) did not fit and our drawers could not close. We knew this because we measured. DEFINITELY MEASURE AHEAD OF TIME. There are multiple sizes to these products and some are deeper than others.

GREAT SPACE SAVER
If you are person that hates clutter then this is worth every penny! I was so sick of the boxes getting crushed/damaged from handling them over and over. The quality of the box is strong and durable. Perfect size to fit in a kitchen drawer. It’s so easy to use and looks great! The stickers allow for a variety of functionality. I was able to organize the rolls the way that I wanted and then add the stickers to the box. Love this product!!
