Zicht op wat onbewust speelt

Er zijn momenten dat je voelt: er schuurt iets.
Je herhaalt steeds dezelfde patronen. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor dingen die eigenlijk niet van jou zijn. Of je draagt spanningen, verdriet of vermoeidheid zonder precies te weten waarom.

Die onrust is vaak niet alleen van jou. Wat jou nu belemmert, vindt vaak zijn oorsprong in jouw familiesysteem. Onbewuste loyaliteiten en oude verstrikkingen kunnen maken dat jij niet volledig jouw eigen plek inneemt.

Wat is een familieopstelling?

Een familieopstelling is een krachtige manier om zichtbaar te maken welke onzichtbare verbanden jouw leven beïnvloeden. Tijdens een opstelling maken we het patroon en de onderliggende dynamiek helder. We kijken systemisch: we zien hoe iedereen en alles binnen jouw familiesysteem met elkaar verbonden is  en hoe dit doorwerkt in verleden, heden én toekomst.

Tijdens deze opstellingsmiddag zullen we meerdere familieopstellingen doen om inzicht te krijgen in onderliggende patronen en dynamieken die mogelijk van invloed zijn op jouw huidige leven.

Gedurende de middag, kun je voor een opstelling van een mededeelnemer worden uitgenodigd als ‘representant’ Een opstelling is een krachtig startpunt voor bewustwording en persoonlijke groei. De systemische inzichten die je opdoet, kunnen diepgaand zijn en langdurig doorwerken.

Een opstelling maakt voelbaar waar iets vastzit en wat er nodig is om weer ruimte, rust en nieuwe keuzes te ervaren.

I’m a mom of two boys and one girl. I would first like to address the people complaining about the title saying “for boys.” The author has addressed this too and it’s part of the reason why I purchased this book. Boys are falling behind in school and reading. Not sure why some people are allowed to review these books when they haven’t read them or purchased them. Do your research if you have a boy in your life. I would also like to point out that bookstores frequently have shelves dedicated to girls about strong women, strong girls, etc and yes boys can read books in those sections just like girls can read these Great Battles for Boys books. My 8yo son loves history and is devouring this book. I highly recommend. This book is really exciting and I (mom) am enjoying it too. We use it for read aloud time and independent reading. As soon as I finish this review I will be ordering more in the series, per my sons request.
