From Grand Cru vineyards in Chouilly in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, this 100% Chardonnay is a pure and precise expression of chalk terroir.
The 11-hectare estate is planted with 45-year-old vines and farmed with strong environmental focus (High Environmental Value certified, first certified organic harvest in 2020). The grapes come from two parcels: Le Mont Aigu and La Cerisière. One grape, one harvest, one terroir.
