Eurol Hykrol VHLP ISO-VG 46 behoort tot de zogenaamde "anti-wear oils" en is speciaal ontwikkeld voor toepassing in verschillende hydraulische systemen. Deze olie beperkt pompslijtage tot een minimum en zorgt daarmee voor een extra lange levensduur. Verder zijn de Eurol Hykrol oliën uitermate geschikt voor de smering van vacuumpompen, textielmachines en matig belaste tandwieloverbrengingen. Eurol Hykrol VHLP ISO-VG 46 bestaat uit zorgvuldig gekozen solvent geraffineerde paraffine-basisoliën en een additievenpakket. Ze hebben een goed reinigend vermogen en zijn uiterst stabiel bij thermische en oxidatieve belasting. Eurol Hykrol VHLP ISO-VG 46 onderscheidt zichzelf van Hykrol HLP oilën door een veel hogere viscositeitindex. Daardoor zal de viscositeit van de olie "in grade" blijven in buitenactiviteiten en onder wisselende temperatuurscondities. Eurol Hykrol VHLP oliën bieden goede bescherming tegen slijtage, corrosie (koper en staal) en roestvorming. De uitgebalanceerde additievering biedt verder een goede bescherming tegen schuimvorming en veroudering, en geeft de olie goede waterafscheidende eigenschappen. Eventuele aanwezigheid van kleine hoeveelheden water beïnvloeden de goede filtreereigenschappen nauwelijks.
