De Donic BlueGrip heeft een kleverige, Chinese-stijl toplaag, samen met een spons die een krachtig katapulteffect en ongelooflijke dynamische eigenschappen heeft, zoals we alleen zien bij rubbers uit Japan of Duitsland. Maar er is meer – deze dynamische eigenschappen zijn nu nog verder verhoogd. Met een spons hardheid van 60° geeft de C1 versie de bal een nog grotere boog bij het spelen van topspinslagen en biedt nog meer snelheid, terwijl de C2 een iets zachtere spons heeft en subtiele verschillen in de noppen geometrie, wat allemaal verdere ondersteuning biedt voor het zachtere speelgevoel.
