Zij leven 25 30 maanden in kuddes op de uitgestrekte vlakte met cowboys, hierna worden (de graangevoerde dieren) 100 dagen diervriendelijk bijgevoerd in feedlots met graan, waardoor de marmering ontstaat. Naast Australische Ribeye hebben wij ook Ribeye uit Uruguay, afkomstig van het runderras Hereford. De runderen uit Uruguay zijn naast graangevoerd (90%) ook voor een deel grasgevoerd. Het profiel van de Uruguay runderen is vol van smaak, licht nootachtig aromatisch, fijn van draag en aromatisch vet.

Ribeye wordt gesneden uit de rib van het rund. Goede ribeye is botermals. Het vlees droogt niet snel uit tijdens het bakken en zal daarom, ook medium gebakken, een fantastische smaaksensatie blijven geven.

I have been using this tallow cream for months now and my skill feels so moisturized every time I use it. I have had it for a while and still have half of the jar left so, a little does really go a long way. I also have pretty dry skin which was another big reason why I wanted to try tallow for my face. It is fragrance free which is I do like. My boyfriend does have sensitive skin though and he uses it from time to time and has never complained about breakouts. I think this product is worth trying, though everybody's skin is different so you just have to test it out and see!
