Bolla Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC

Een frisse, levendige wijn die de essentie van Noordoost-Italië weerspiegelt. Deze Pinot Grigio van Bolla combineert traditie met moderne wijnbouwtechnieken, resulterend in een wijn die zowel toegankelijk als karaktervol is.

Wijngaarden en regio – heuvels en alluviale bodems

De druiven voor deze wijn zijn afkomstig van heuvelachtige wijngaarden in de regio Delle Venezie, gelegen in het noordoosten van Italië. De bodems zijn alluviaal, rijk aan kalksteen, kalium en magnesium, en goed doorlatend. Deze combinatie zorgt voor druiven met een uitstekende balans tussen frisheid en aromatische intensiteit.

Vinificatie en rijping – behoud van frisheid en fruit

Na de handmatige oogst worden de druiven voorzichtig geperst. De fermentatie vindt plaats in roestvrijstalen tanks bij gecontroleerde temperaturen gedurende drie weken. De wijn blijft zo lang mogelijk op de fijne lie om extra complexiteit en structuur te ontwikkelen. Er wordt geen malolactische fermentatie toegepast, waardoor de natuurlijke zuren behouden blijven.

Pinot Grigio.

Proefnotities

Bleek strogeel van kleur. In de neus aroma's van perzik, meloen, peer en limoen. In de mond licht en verfrissend, met een lange en aanhoudende afdronk.

Serveersuggesties

Uitstekend als aperitief of in combinatie met visgerechten, gevogelte, pasta en risotto. Serveer gekoeld tussen 10 en 12°C.

Cotton as Stylish as Snow
So far, after only wearing it a handful of days, I have already fallen deeply in love with this jacket. With its quality fleece jean material and stylish look, it's arguably climbed at record speed to being my favorite winter jacket thus far. It won't exactly cut it for the days of extreme cold, but it's practically perfect for those high 30s to low 50s degree Fahrenheit weather! The pockets aren't the deepest in the world, but with four of them, they'll be more than able to carry an decently sized arsenal of your everyday items. The only caveat that I could give it, hence why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that if you choose to dawn on clothes that are rather lint susceptible, this jacket will be a direct enemy to it. But that is where the criticisms start and end, and is why I wish there were a way to give a product a 4.5 stars review here on Amazon. Otherwise, this is a must buy for anyone looking for a winter jacket that packs a bit more visual finesse than a typical puffer jacket. If only I had the sense to buy a winter jean jacket such as this one sooner rather than later!
