Waar is de Vera pantoffel van gemaakt?
Deze pantoffel is gemaakt van zachte en soepele schapenvacht. Schapenvacht zorgt voor aangenaam warme voeten, zonder klam aan te voelen. Schapenwol werkt namelijk vochtregulerend, ademend en heeft de natuurlijke eigenschap dat het tot 30 % van haar eigen gewicht aan vocht kan opnemen. Draag de pantoffels daarom gerust met blote voeten.
Deze pantoffel is gemaakt van zachte en soepele schapenvacht. Schapenvacht zorgt voor aangenaam warme voeten, zonder klam aan te voelen. Onderhoudstip
Voor het behoud van uw schapenvacht pantoffels adviseren wij om deze vóór het eerste gebruik - en vervolgens regelmatig - in te sprayen met een beschermende spray (geen mousse). Dit beschermt het product tegen water en vuil. Let op: producten van schapenvacht kunnen niet worden gewassen!
Maatadvies
Het is van belang dat je de juiste maat pantoffels kiest; dit draagt bij aan de warmtewerking van de pantoffels. Schapenvacht is kwetsbaarder dan rundleer. Wanneer de pantoffels te klein worden aangeschaft, kunnen er drukpunten ontstaan; hierdoor kunnen de pantoffels eerder slijten of scheuren.

Voor het dragen van de juiste maat pantoffels raden wij aan om dit model twee maten groter te bestellen dan je eigen schoenmaat. Door de schapenvacht vallen de pantoffels kleiner uit. Heb je een halve schoenmaat? Rond deze dan af naar beneden en volg daarna het maatadvies. Voorbeeld: je hebt schoenmaat 38,5. Rond dit af naar beneden = maat 38. Volg het maatadvies +2, je bestelt de pantoffel in maat 40.
Is de maat toch niet goed? Dan kun je de pantoffels retour sturen en omruilen voor een andere maat.

Deep study- excellent read

Would recommend this carefully crafted book by a biblical scholar. The book wrestles salvation, identity, and purpose as written in Paul’s letter to the Romans.

A slow journey worth taking
Format: Kindle
I found this book by accident and loved the title so I “got on board.” It too a bit to get “this train” moving but as Beverly Roberts Gaventa built steam I became more and more engaged with Romans and her engagement with it. I highly recommend reading this to get a full view of Romans and all it has to give us. Thank you For taking me with you on this journey.

Fresh, exciting, energizing insights on Romans
I was delightfully surprised by the fresh insights of deep significance that Gaventa uncovers in the book of Romans, of all things--that book about which so, so much has already been written. She helps the reader approach the letter's themes as if one were reading it for the first time with 1st-century lenses, and in the process expands and reorients the reader's understanding of salvation, and the question of why Paul is even writing in the first place. The 21st-century repercussions of what Gaventa presents here would take another volume, but she does at points connect some of these dots herself. One notable reason why Gaventa's reading seems so fresh is that while it touches on them very briefly, but doesn't dwell on so many of the recurrent topics in recent discussions on Paul, such as "faith/fulness of Christ" or "works of the law" or "righteousness/justice of God." She simply helps focus attention on what to keep in mind when reading Romans in order to understand what is happening in and through its complex arguments. And I couldn't put it down until I finished. Although I would otherwise say we need another Romans commentary like we need rocks in our shoes, it offers much promise that Gaventa's big commentary which she is producing might very well revolutionize our understanding of aspects of Romans, and perhaps even Paul in general. At the very least, if it expands on what she has already given us in this slim volume, it will absolutely reenergize our engagement with this part of the New Testament.
