Gegrilde Wildzwijn Filet

Ingrediënten:

  • 1 wildzwijn filet (ongeveer 500-700 gram)
  • 3 eetlepels olijfolie
  • 2 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt
  • 1 takje tijm (of 1 theelepel gedroogde tijm)
  • 1 takje rozemarijn (of 1 theelepel gedroogde rozemarijn)
  • Zout en peper naar smaak
  • Optioneel: een scheutje balsamicoazijn of rode wijn

Bereidingswijze:

  1. Marineren: Meng in een kom de olijfolie, knoflook, tijm, rozemarijn, zout en peper. Wrijf de wildzwijn filet in met het mengsel en laat minimaal 1 uur marineren (bij voorkeur een paar uur in de koelkast).

  2. BBQ Voorbereiden: Verwarm de barbecue voor op middelhoog vuur. Zorg ervoor dat het rooster schoon en goed geolied is.

  3. Grillen: Leg de wildzwijn filet op de barbecue en grill deze ongeveer 4-6 minuten per kant, afhankelijk van de dikte. Gebruik een vleesthermometer om de kerntemperatuur te controleren: voor medium rare is 55-57 °C ideaal.

  4. Rustperiode: Haal de filet van de BBQ en laat deze 5-10 minuten rusten voordat je hem aansnijdt. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de sappen goed verdeeld worden.

  5. Serveren: Snijd de wildzwijn filet in mooie plakken en serveer met gegrilde groenten, aardappelpuree of een frisse salade. Een balsamicoazijn of een rode wijnsaus maakt het geheel compleet.

Great toy for a smaller dog

Since she never had a liter, my vet said that they are about the size that her babies would have been, so she may see them as her babies. She treats them well. Every now and then they go" swimming" in the washing machine and come out looking bright and new again.

I will certainly buy another one because at least it lasted a week so far!
