Gebruiksaanwijzing

Voor de inspanning:

  • Neem 1 gel in 10 minuten voor aanvang van de sportactiviteit

Tijdens de inspanning:

  • Neem 1 tot 2 gels per uur, afhankelijk van de intensiteit en duur

Dosering op basis van inspanningsduur:

  • Inspanningen korter dan 1 uur: geen koolhydraten nodig
  • Inspanningen van 1-2 uur: 30-60g koolhydraten per uur (circa 1-2 energiegels)
  • Inspanningen van 2-3 uur: 60-90g koolhydraten per uur (circa 2-3 energiegels)
  • Inspanningen langer dan 3 uur: 90-120g koolhydraten per uur (maximaal 3 energiegels)

De gel wordt binnen 10 minuten opgenomen en levert direct bruikbare energie.

It was just hanging there loose with a gap between it and the wall, but I got these clear double-sided tape circles to adhere them to the wall and it worked !!! Very quick and easy solution. Maybe the seller could include a few clear stickies in the package moving forward?

Almost perfect, absolutely fit for purpose, and a great value

These are really, really close to being five stars, but because of my OCD tendencies when it comes to things being true and level, I can only go four. The way these mounts are made, speakers rest inside and on the inner surface of the L-shaped adjustable side brackets, and not on the large metal plate between them. Leveling on the fore-and-aft plane can easily be handled via the adjustment nut on the bottom of the bracket. But there is no provision for side-to-side leveling, so if the manufacturing of the side brackets is not within tolerance, you'll wind up with a speaker that's ever-so-slightly wonky...which is the case with ONE of my mounts. The bubble is still between the lines, but it's kissing the left line. Most would not care about this, and I'm not too bummed about it, but I am able to see that much out-of-true with the naked eye. It's not enough to pursue any kind of remediation, because the value on these really is awfully good. They are solidly built, easy to install, and easy to adjust. The manufacturer is apparently improving the product as they go based on feedback, as some issues that have vexed other owners have not been a problem for me, such as the wall plates being or coming loose (the design now ensures they stay put once pushed back to the wall), or the adjustment nut and bolt rotating freely and not staying tight (the ones on mine are great and function as intended). For the price, these are really hard to beat, and I have a feeling all the mounts like this with the different oddly-named brands are made in the same factory. That being the case, get the cheapest ones, and the day I bought mine, these were those.
