Il sorso è ampio e morbido, caratterizzato da un bell'equilibrio tra acidità e sapidità.Vinificato e invecchiato in legno di rovere, la fermentazione avviene a contatto con le bucce per 60/90 giorni e sottoposto a più follature al giorno. Dopo circa 23 mesi di riposo in botti viene imbottigliato e lasciato affinare per ulteriori 6 mesi prima della commercializzazione, senza filtrazioni. Un vino che esprime con forza e personalità il territorio e il suo caratteristico suolo marnoso-sassoso.
Da abbinare a primi piatti come risotto allo zafferano o al curry, paccheri al ragù di pesce e risotto gamberi e zucchine.

Bad book for SOA exam, but oh well.
Format: Paperback
While required by Society of Actuaries as the textbook for Short Term Actuarial Models exam, I could not recommend this textbook for any other purposes. Written by two Canadian actuaries, a lot of terms and explanations used in this textbook cannot be transferred into US P&C insurance.
It fails to explains insurance's purpose and products effectively and as an intro book with unnecessary sentences to deliver personal thoughts.
It is also a mess in following sections on ratemaking and reserving. I cannot sense a flow from this book that guides readers in an approachable manner.
Overall, author compromises the size AND the quality.
