This Boss headphone amp loads in a suite of Katana amp and effect models ready to go at a moment's notice. Featuring dedicated guitar and bass modes, the Katana: Go V2 produces ten guitar amp models and three bass amp models alongside more than sixty effects on either mode. Simply plug the Katana: Go V2 directly into your instrument's input jack, connect a set of 1/8" headphones, select your combination of amp and effect, and start playing. The expressive tones of Boss's Katana series of amplifiers are ready straight from the Katana: Go, so have fun and play freely – silently and authentically.
Boss's Stage Feel function provides an immersive playing experience possible through Boss spatial technology. With this function, you can position the virtual amp at different spaces in the sound field to truly feel your simulated performance. Take up the Katana: Go V2 if you're looking to practice and stream via Bluetooth your favorite backing tracks or music while you play.
Onboard, the Katana: Go V2 works with thirty memory slots that come with ready-to-play sounds. The Boss Tone Studio app connects with the Katana: Go V2 at this juncture to allow for the adjustment of these preset memories to make them one's own. Foster your own personal library of presets and play with them as you see fit. Extended features of the Katana: Go V2 include functionality as a USB audio interface for music production via a computer or mobile device. The Katana: Go V2 can be connected to dedicated DAW software or video capture apps as an input to directly record your playing.
