A dedicated teacher and lifelong practitioner of holistic wellness, Emmy has devoted her life to exploring and sharing practices that nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
Emmy's journey into the healing arts began at the age of 25 when she immersed herself in meditation studies and became a practitioner and teacher of Pranic Healing. Through years of personal practice and teaching, she developed a deep understanding of mental clarity, spiritual growth, energetic balance, and physical well-being.
As life presented new challenges and opportunities for growth, Emmy continued searching for a more complete and integrated approach to health and vitality. That search ultimately led her to Tibetan Tai Chi Gung. Under the guidance of teachers who were directly trained by masters from the lamasery in Darchen, Tibet, she discovered a profound practice that brought greater balance, health, spirituality, prosperity, and purpose into her life.
Through the slow, graceful, and flowing movements of Tai Chi Gung, she experienced remarkable transformation—strengthening not only her physical health but also her emotional resilience, spiritual connection, and overall quality of life. The practice became a foundation for living with greater presence, harmony, and intention.
Today, she is passionate about sharing this ancient wisdom with others. Her mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with their innate capacity for healing, vitality, and inner peace. She believes that a meaningful, fulfilling, and prosperous life is available to everyone and that through consistent practice, longevity, wellness, and spiritual harmony are not merely ideals, but attainable realities.
Whether students come seeking stress relief, improved health, increased energy, spiritual growth, or a deeper connection with themselves, her goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where transformation can naturally unfold.
