Since 2012, the winery has embraced ecological standards, implementing various environmentally friendly practices aimed at nature restoration, under the supervision of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel. Very pale straw color, notes of freshly cut grass and lemon. Light in body with refreshing acidity and notes of green apples, lemon and grapefruit with hints of grass.
