More: Why grow ferns besides your admiration for a plant that has been present on Earth for over 360 billion years? Ferns support wildlife by creating protective cover and shady, moist micro-habitats for small mammals, toads, salamanders, and numerous insects. The fuzzy covering on emerging croziers is used by birds for nesting material. Ferns help prevent erosion and filter run-off. For the gardener they offer the gifts of graceful architecture and low-maintenance, textural beauty. They are also rabbit, deer, and juglone resistant.

The common name, Interrupted Fern, comes from the placement of its spore structure in the middle of each stalk. After emergence in the spring, fertile leaflets develop partway between to top and bottom of the stalk (frond) and once these wither away a gap is left between upper and lower leaflets, therefore the "interrupted" moniker.  Fiber from this fern is used to make potting medium for orchids. Has been used medicinally.

Stains easily. Tight for men's size 11 feet
Flavor Name: XL silicone socks 2 pairs, Flavor Name: XL silicone socks 2 pairs
Husband wore dark cotton socks over these gel foot covers overnight and the covers picked up color from the socks. Tried hand washing, even dabbing with a bleach soaked paper towel, but the stains remained. The covers are a bit tight for men's size 11. Edit: After a few more hand washings the stains began to fade. However one tore around the leg opening when taking it off.

Worthless. Tore on first use.
Flavor Name: XL silicone socks 2 pairs
The first time I put these on my feet, the whole toe broke right through. They were a proper fit and my feet are well pedicured. Just very poor quality. I don’t recommend.

Helps dry, cracked feet
Flavor Name: XL silicone socks 2 pairs
We use these on my husband’s cracked feet in the winter and put on a thick cream under these socks. They are nice because hair, dirt and that kind of stuff doesn’t stick to the outside. I do wish them came in more sizes and colors. They were a little small for my husband, but still worked good enough. My husband isn’t thrilled about wearing pink socks around the house. At least it’s just around the house and not out in public though.

Be aware! Once they are on, do not walk! 😂
Flavor Name: XL silicone socks 2 pairs
I absolutely love these things. But the first time I put them on in the living room. The walk to my bedroom was VERY interesting 😂😂😂 I now know I need to put them on and hang out for a bit, or simply go to bed. They do exactly what I need them to do. Feet feel great afterwards! With the right lotion, only need to use one every couple of weeks.
