Please be informed that rigging can only be ordered via GES. Contractors are not allowed to bring their own rigging and truss to the show.
- Rigging is an exclusive service and can only be booked by GES.
- No External company can operate machinery in the venue other than GES.
- Steel frame hanging structure to be bolted not welded.
- All Rigging Grid plans must show the position of each rigging point in relation to the stand using metric measurements.
- All rigging must be within the perimeter of the stand.
- In addition to the total structure weight (in kilograms), there must be a clear indication of the weight (in kilograms) for each individual rigging point.
- Maximum load allowed per rigging point cannot be more than 100kgs / point
- The type of structure or banner material must be detailed along with the metric width, height and length.
- Any structure requiring more than 4 hoists for a single lift, must use electric chain hoists.
- The stand orientation must be detailed by showing the location of the main entrance and by the stands or walls on the other neighboring three sides.
- The distance from the floor to the bottom of the structure or banner when fully suspended must be shown using metric measurements.
- Rigging not ready for completion by 16:00 on the last day of build-up will be the responsibility of the contractor.
- In some cases, rigging could not be directly above the stand depending on the ceiling hanging points.
- The venue might refuse to hang material that might deteriorate the security cameras of the exhibition.
- Roof electrical point / ceiling cable for power is not included
- Exhibitor must provide Risk assessment and method of statement regarding any load being attached to the rigging points and their potential hazard to be mentioned in the assessment accordingly

Beautifully Branded and Roomy Tote Bag
This bag arrived well packaged. It was enclosed in a plastic sleeve that had a cardboard insert covering 2 sides of the bag. The bag was also inside a cloth type bag that is usually reserved for expensive purses/bags. There was also protective material covering the bag’s handle and clasp. The packaging protected the bag and there were no damage when received.
When I removed the bag from its packaging, the “NK” excited and confused me. At first glance, I thought that I had mistakenly received THE designer bag with similar logo branding. There are decorative zippers on the front of the bag which uniquely camouflage 2 roomy front pockets. This was a great idea since it enables me to store items there (keys, coin purse, mints) without having to enter the bag’s main compartment to retrieve them.
The closing clasps operate without incident and compliment the look of the bag. The handle allows you to throw it over the shoulder or just carry in your hands. The inside is very roomy, is nicely lined and has a pocket where you can slip items in so they don’t get lost inside the bag. The roominess of the bag reminds me more of a tote bag than a purse. Overall, this is a really nice bag that I am proud to own.

Trendy And Well Made Purse!
This is a take on a very popular style, and fairly well done. As you can see photographed here, this is a reasonably large-sized purse which you could use to and from the office, or almost as a day bag. The clasping mechanism on the top is cute, it ensures everything is contained and naturally folds the top over to give you a little bit more room under the arm. The metal accents and zippers are well done. The material feels nice although it does have a slight off gassing initially so you might want to air it out the first day. Otherwise reasonable construction and quality give this an easy five stars.

Cute and roomy
This is a roomy and well made purse. It's a modern and chic style as well. The print is well made and the materials are good. It isn't really stiff but does have structure. The straps are stitched nicely and made of a medium brown leather like material. It's a really cute bag that is decently made so it's a great price for the value.

I want to be the only one who has this, so don’t buy it!
Color: Coffee
I got it in coffee brown and it is gorgeous. It feels like soft, supple, rich leather. The size and sturdiness are perfect, especially if you have to keep quite a few things organized over the course of a long day. Having a rich burgundy interior color is just one of the thoughtful touches with this design. That makes it easier to find things! The zippers and fasteners are high quality. The bag oozes a richness that’s really impressive. Chic, fabulous, well-made, and very useful. Just the right size and just the right number of compartments. Astonishing value. Everything. Love.
