One of Portland, Oregon's tube amp wizard's finest creations, the Monarch Reverb Plus inspires massively powerful and expressive tube tones. The first of the Benson canon proper, the Monarch balanced crystalline tube cleans and formidable tube saturation to inspire the full Benson lineup we know today. At the center of this combo is a match JJ 12AX7 preamp and JJ 6V6 power amp tubes to summon incredibly expressive and inspiring tube amp oomph. The amp's onboard JJ 6L6GC voltage regulator shapes its tube muscle for a combo that swings on every level and at any volume. From here, the Monarch gets upgraded with Benson's famed Chimera tone stack control and an onboard spring reverb for deep, interactive tone shaping and lush reverb splashes.
